LomoWalk Shanghai: The Cultural and Creative Shooting Tour at the North Bund
2 14 Share TweetDuring the recently concluded Film Photography Month, our community amigos could not wait to have an offline event, so LomoWalk SH was born! This time, we chose to use some of Lomography's popular cameras, such as the classic Lomo LC-A+ film camera, and the recently released HydroChrome Sutton's Panoramic Belair Camera, and Sprocket Rocket, Lubitel 166+ and other popular cameras!
LomoWalk SH 2021 is also a humanistic photography journey. The North Bund, where the Shanghai office is located, is full of preserved historic buildings. In this 3-km LomoWalk journey, we experienced the blending beauty of new and old, modern and historical. We can’t wait to share this experience with you!
The route of this LomoWalk:
- 1933 Laochangfang (Shanghai Office)
- Sichuan North Road Hongkou Fire Station
- Zhapu Road and Zhapu Road Bridge
- the Garden Bridge and The Bund
LomoWalk SH Cameras and Films:
- HydroChrome Sutton's Belair
- Lomo LC-A+
- Sprocket Rocket
- Spinner 360°
- LomoChrome Metropolis
- LomoChrome Purple
- Lomo Berlin Kino
- Lomo Color Negative 400
We took a picture of our cameras, and "fed" the HydroChrome.
Let's get on with it! We also took a pre-departure photo in front of the 1933 building. Enjoy everyone's wonderful works!
Dreamy Fantasy Worlds with the LC-A+ and the Lubitel 166+
We used the classic favorite the LC-A+ and the medium format camera Lubitel 166+ for ethereal shots. We played a little more with the LC-A through the douvble-exposure technique.
Melancholic Shanghai in LomoChrome Metropolis Film
The weather changing from sunny to cloudy add a touch of melancholy to the scenery of the Bund. We also used the Sprocket Rocket with this film and got some very interesting, antique color schemes with the Metropolis.
Construct a New "World" with Sprocket Rocket and HydroChrome
Feel more LOMO, more creative photography! Here are some more shots with the Sprocket Rocket and the Lomography HydroChrome.
Finally, we didn't forget to take a photo of us at the classic bridge and the Bund. Good times are always short! We wish this afternoon to be a little longer, a little longer... Maybe the next sunny day, we will set off again!
You are also welcome to organize a Lomowalk yourself, don’t forget to come to LomoHome or Instagram #HeyLomography to share your masterpiece with us!
