Looking into the swamp... where's the alligator?

This photo pretty much sums up how the Woods effect is achieved on IR film. The ferns at the bottom glow because they were in direct sun light, reflecting a great deal of IR. On the other hand, foliage in the shades will look relatively normal.

Interesting to see that submerged vegetations at the center are shining through the jet black swamp water.
