Does Lomography have a Return Policy? (Europe/International)

If you are unsatisfied, in any way, with your new Lomographic products you can return them, in unused and resalable condition, in the original packaging within 14 days after you received the shipment for a full refund of the product. You will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return.

  1. Put the unused item(s) back in the original box. The invoice or receipt must accompany the return.
  2. Please contact us for a return authorization of your purchase. This is absolutely necessary for correct processing of your return.
  3. After receipt of a return authorization, return the item to us via the carrier of your choice (we suggest the most affordable one so it won’t burn a hole in your pocket!) to the Lomographic office that handled your order.

If your return is a result of our error (e.g. you were shipped an incorrect item or color), the appropriate return shipping cost will be refunded. Customer service must first be contacted in order to receive return authorization. After receiving your message, we will instruct you as to which carrier to use. You will be responsible for the initial payment of return shipping. Upon receiving your returned item, we will verify our error and refund the appropriate return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged, immediately contact us for a return authorization. Who knows, maybe the user just needs some help with using the item and it isn’t faulty. We will reimburse you for return shipping charges only on items which contain manufacturer defects, and only provided that they are returned within our 14-day window. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item. The damaged item and invoice must accompany the return in order for us to process an exchange. Please also include a note stating the product’s defect. Customer service will instruct you as to what carrier to use for the return, and to which Lomographic office to which it should be sent.

You are responsible for initial payment of the return shipping cost. Upon receiving your returned item, we will verify its condition and replace the item if our terms of guarantee apply. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the item(s) arrive back to us in the original packaging and the original condition. If your return is determined to be a result of a manufacturer defect, the appropriate shipping cost will be refunded.
